Tim Callahan

Meet Tim Callahan, originally from Asheville, North Carolina. He first used a table saw at 13 years old and hasn’t stopped building since. After moving to Charlotte five years ago to pursue a career in residential remodeling, he began as a carpenter, working on framing, trim, cabinetry, and everything in between.

Tim believes that combining tried-and-true building techniques with modern materials creates structures that will stand for generations. He is always looking to improve his building practices and deliver cutting-edge results to our clients.

When he’s not on-site or managing project timelines, you can find him chasing adventure outdoors. He loves snowboarding, camping, hiking, and anything that gets him into nature. These passions fuel his belief that sustainable, well-designed structures can harmonize with the environment, and Tim continually seeks ways to incorporate energy-efficient practices and smart building systems into his work.
